Shipping charges vary depending on the weight and size of the item(s) and the method you choose for shipping it.
Regular orders are processed a shipping and handling fee of $12.00 CAD for within Western Canada (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) and $15.00 CAD for shipping to Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Provinces). Please note: If an order is small there may be a lesser shipping and handling charge.
American customers and International customers will be notified of the shipping costs and if it exceeds the quote given at time of purchase. Orders that are of a different nature may require additional shipping charges (e.g., globes, framed items). Q: Which Credit Cards do you accept?
A: Map A Mia accepts Visa and Master Card. Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Diners International.
Q: Does Map A Mia accept Checks or Money Orders?
A: At this time Map A Mia accepts only Canadain cheques and money orders. Sorry to our American and International customers, but we would ask that you pay by credit card only. Please mail your cheque or money order to the address below and once we have processed the order we will send your purchase out. *Please note that if your check is not made out for the correct amount regarding item cost, shipping, or tax, it will be RETURNED to you and your order will NOT be placed.
Q: Can I pay by Purchase Order?
A: Map A Mia does not accept Purchase Orders for personal or business use.
Q: When I continue to checkout, why are there no items shown?
A: Check to see if a specific quantity was entered for the item during checkout.
Q: What do I do if my order is missing an item when delivered?
A: On occasion orders are shipped in separate containers. Call us at 780.429.2600 we will be happy to assist you with your order.
Q: What do I do if I was sent an incorrect item?
A: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, immediately contact Customer Service at 780.429.2600 and notify us of the error. We will arrange to get the item back from you and a replacement will be sent out immediately.
Q: How can I get a receipt with my order?
A: A receipt for your order is generated at the end of the checkout process. If you did not receive one, contact Customer Service at 780.429.2600 and we will provide one for you.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: In many cases we can offer bulk discounts dependent on the quantities required and the particular item being ordered. Call Customer Service at 780.429.2600 for more information.
Q: Does Map A Mia have a catalog?

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Standard Time will be processed the same or next day that it's received. Orders placed after 2pm Mountain Standard Time, or on weekends and holidays, are processed on the following business day.

Q: What are my Shipping options?
A: Map A Mia ships via UPS, Canada Post, Greyhound Collect and Loomis (DHL). Standard shipping costs range from $4.95 to 19.95 depending on the items you order, the dimensions of the item being shipped, and your location. When we are processing your order we can provide you with the shipping total either via phone, fax or email. At this time, Saturday delivery is not available.
United States Shipping times are as follows*:

UPS Ground (7-10 business days from date shipped)
Canada Delivery**
UPS Ground to Canada (3-4 business days from date shipped)
*Please note that shipping times are dependent on product availability. The shipping times above are estimates; please be aware they are NOT guaranteed as we do not control these services. Refunds are NOT given for slow shipping times.
**Please note that Ground Shipping to the United States is susceptible to applicable American taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. Map A Mia has no control over these charges nor will we issue any refunds or credits for any American charges your shipment may accrue.

Q: Does Map A Mia ship internationally?
A: At this time, Map A Mia generally offers shipping to the United States and Canada. However, if you are from another location internationally feel free to contact us at 780.429.2600 or sales@mapamia.com for shipping and ordering information.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Yes, however certain products cannot be delivered to PO addresses. Please contact us with specific questions, 780.429.2600.
Q: My order should have been delivered by now. What is the delay?

Q: What if I need my order delivered faster than the delivery times available?
A: If we can help you meet a tight deadline, we will. Please call our Customer Service Department to find out, 780.429.2600.
Q: How can I Track my order shipment?
A: Map A Mia can provide you a Tracking Number for orders delivered via UPS. Unfortunately, Tracking Numbers are not available for USPM deliveries at this time. Delivery Confirmation is added for no additional cost and can be used to check the status of delivery. Also, feel free to contact us at 780.429.2600 and we will be glad to help you with order status.
Returns
Q: Can I return map products?
A: If we sent you the incorrect map we will return the map product, no questions asked. As for returning paper maps, we do not offer returns on paper mapping products. Travel Books can be exchanged or returned if done so with two weeks of the purchase, and in the same condition as when purchased. Globes and opened GPS accessories cannot be returned. Normally GPS units are not returnable unless under extenuating or exceptional circumstances such as a faulty GPS receiver.
